Man Wants His Methadone Clinic Repayment

The plaintiff dated the defendant. He says he realized she was a heroin addict and even had to take her to a methadone clinic. The plaintiff claims he gave the defendant several loans to pay for attorney fees and heroin treatment, but she hasn’t paid them back, so he’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues the plaintiff is too infatuated with her.
