me from when I was in shape but due to covid an other problems around plus I ate to cope with life my dream is to get back in shape I was 144 pounds tone right now I'm fat 165 for a short guy who's a endomorph I'm 5.7 in height an got a abit of a wide frame which sucks in my mind I recently have been developed a binge eating disorder cuz covid an other stress I I'd appreciate tips if any one has any on how to break that binge eating problem an just get in shape to be honest I won't be happy with my self in till I can back in. shape an tone I feel like shit lol sad but true
